1. Take a Selfie

Post your selfie on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter using #ThisIsChaminade.


2. Attend the Admitted Student Day

You and your family will be invited to join your new Chaminade family at our Admitted Student Day on Sunday, April 15.


3. Submit Your Tuition Deposit

Hold your place in the entering class by submitting the non-refundable $150 tuition deposit no later than May 1. Pay the deposit using a credit card. If you would prefer to mail the deposit, contact the Admissions Office at (808) 739-8340; a form and return envelope will be mailed to you.


4. Join the Student Portal

Stay informed by joining the Student Portal. Your username is the Chaminade student identification number noted on your admission letter. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number or birth date (MMDDYY).


5. Accept Your Financial Aid Award

To accept your financial aid award, go to the Student Portal or contact the Financial Aid Office at (808) 735-4780. Students applying for Federal Direct Loans must complete a Master Promissory Note and Entrance Interview.


6. Submit Final Transcript(s)

Send your final high school/college transcript(s) and Advance Placement (AO) Examination scores to the Admissions Office at:

7. Review Your Fall Class Schedule

An enrollment specialist will register you for your fall classes. All first-year students will be registered for a 10-week, one-credit seminar course which provides guidance on the transition to becoming a Chaminade student.


8. Review the Student Health Insurance Requirement

Students living in residence hall, international students or intercollegiate athletes are required to submit documentation of their health insurance coverage. Visit Student Affairs for detailed information.


9. Submit Required Health Forms

Complete and submit the required health forms and documentation prior to attending class. Detailed information can be found at Student Affairs.


10. Learn About Our Residence Halls

Visit Residential Life for detailed information regarding on- or off-campus residential halls and meal plan options. Further details about meal plan and dining options may be found at Dining Services.


11. Apply for Student Housing

Visit Residential Life to submit your housing application.


12. Submit Your Housing Deposit

Complete the deposit form and submit the non-refundable $300 housing deposit by credit card.


13. Attend the New Student Orientation

Join your fellow classmates at the mandatory New Student Orientation on August 16-19. The full orientation schedule will be available in July.


14. Review Information about ADA Accommodations

In compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and the ADA Amendments Act (2008), Chaminade provides ADA accommodations that are reasonable, appropriate, and adequate to meet the special requirements of their students.
